Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and positive customer experience at the bakery counter.
• Advise customers on baked goods selection and take orders.
• Weigh, price, and package items; process payments.
• Manage baking ingredients inventory and request stock purchases.
• Track ingredient expiry dates and plan usage accordingly.
• Monitor visual appeal and availability of baked goods on display.
• Report low baked goods stock to the Baker promptly.
• Maintain a clean, tidy counter and perform other duties as needed.
• Clean the kitchen after business hours and prep for the next day.
• Handle customer complaints and relay to the Baker.
• Perform other duties to support overall store success.

Your passion for baked goods and your knack for providing top-notch customer service will make each customer's experience exceptional. From helping customers select their favorite pastries to offering recommendations and answering questions about our delectable offerings, you'll be the go-to person for all things bakery-related.

What You'll Do

• Creating a welcoming and positive customer experience at the bakery counter.
