ManpowerGroup is seeking a Bakery Production Associate in Ashland, Ohio. This entry-level role supports daily manufacturing operations with rotating duties across production positions to ensure quality, safety, and efficient workflows.

You will participate in cross-training, uphold GMP standards, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals in a fast-paced plant environment. Weekend or overtime shifts may be required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to rotate tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Mansioni

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove damaged or defective items and store or dispose.
• Perform visual inspections of packaging for accuracy and date code compliance.
• Stack cartons or trays onto pallets using proper patterns.
• Safely operate pallet jacks to move finished goods.
• Assist production staff to maintain line efficiency.
• Maintain GMP and housekeeping standards for equipment and areas.
• Follow JSAs and plant policies and food safety procedures.
• Communicate with teammates and leadership for shift transitions.
• Participate in cross-training to support flexibility across areas.
• Identify and report safety or quality issues for continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
