Responsibilities include inspecting products, handling packaging, operating pallet jacks, and cross-training across production areas. Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a team are essential for success.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Willing to rotate tasks and adapt to priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove damaged items and store or dispose of them properly.
• Perform visual packaging inspections for accuracy and codes.
• Stack cartons onto pallets using proper patterns.
• Operate pallet jacks to move finished goods.
• Support operators and production staff to maintain efficiency.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean per GMP and housekeeping rules.
• Follow JSAs, policies, and food safety procedures.
• Communicate with teammates and leadership for smooth shifts.
• Cross-train to support flexibility across areas.
• Identify and report safety/quality issues for improvement.
• Perform additional duties to meet needs.
