ManpowerGroup is seeking a Bakery Production Associate in Ashland, OH to support daily manufacturing operations. This entry-level position rotates through several production tasks to help maintain efficient workflows, quality products, and safe plant operations.

You will work with a team across all shifts, receive training, and contribute to safety, food safety, and quality standards. The role offers an opportunity to learn on the job and grow within a stable manufacturing environment that

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to rotate tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove damaged or defective products and dispose of them properly.
• Perform visual inspections of packaging for accuracy and code/date compliance.
• Stack cartons or pallets using proper patterns.
• Safely operate pallet jacks to move finished goods.
• Assist production staff to maintain line efficiency.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas per GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Follow JSAs and plant policies and food safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and leadership.
• Participate in cross-training to support flexibility.
• Identify and report safety, quality, or productivity issues.
• Perform additional duties to meet operational needs.
