ManpowerGroup is seeking a Bakery Production Associate in Ashland, OH. This entry-level role supports daily manufacturing operations, rotating through multiple positions to maintain efficient workflow and high product quality.

You will follow GMP and food safety procedures, participate in cross-training, and work with a team to meet production goals while ensuring safety for all employees.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to rotate tasks and adapt to changing priorities

Responsabilidades

• Inspect products to meet quality standards
• Remove damaged or defective products and store/dispose
• Perform visual packaging inspections for accuracy, seal integrity, and date codes
• Stack cartons or trays onto pallets using proper patterns
• Operate pallet jacks to move finished goods
• Assist production staff to maintain line efficiency
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas per GMP
• Follow JSAs, plant policies, and food safety procedures
• Communicate with teammates and leadership for smooth shifts
• Cross-train to support flexibility across production areas
• Identify and report safety, quality, or productivity issues
• Perform additional duties as assigned
