Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team and communicates with team members to meet business needs.
• Be an Expert: prepares bakery merchandise by following recipes, wrapping, labeling and storing; ensures food safety and sanitation.
• Be a Techie: uses handheld devices to assist production, ordering and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: maintains quality, date control, proper packaging and merchandise storage per policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: delivers high-quality service and products, showing energy and commitment.
• Completes work by following policies, prioritizing, communicating progress, and adjusting to feedback.
