• Be an Expert: Prepares bakery department merchandise by following recipes; wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise; ensures food safety standards and inventory management.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld technology to support production and product quality, and to assist customers.
• Be an Owner: Maintains a clean work area, ensures proper packaging and labeling, and helps customers with purchases.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Delivers high-quality service and products while representing the department with energy and commitment.
• Complies with company policies and standards; supports operational processes and adapts to change.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by coordinating with managers and teammates and meeting deadlines.
