Job summary

Joseph's Bakery in Lawrence, MA seeks a reliable Material Handler for our Shipping & Receiving team on 1st Shift. You will receive, transport, store, and stage raw materials, packaging, and finished goods while supporting efficient operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and committed to inventory accuracy, safety, food quality standards, and cross-training across Shipping & Receiving and Production functions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read/write/understand warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, stage, and organize incoming materials and finished goods.
• Transport materials to production areas as needed.
• Deliver finished pallets from production to Shipping & Receiving with proper documentation.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure FIFO and accurate product counts.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
