Qualifications

• Experience leading a bakery team and delivering strong guest experiences.
• P&L awareness and ability to drive sales and profitability.
• Commitment to brand presentation, product quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise up to 30 bakery team members.
• Drive guest experience and maintain brand standards.
• Open and close the bakery, handle cash deposits and maintain inventories.
• Develop weekly sales goals and cake production plans; adjust staffing accordingly.
• Coordinate local marketing and community events to grow brand visibility.
• Ensure health, safety and NbC policies are followed and staff trained.
