Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for 1st Shift in Knoxville, TN. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on bakery machinery, rotate assignments, and ensure safety, quality, and reliability of equipment.

The role requires a technical mindset, ability to work at heights up to 20 feet, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior welding and fabrication skills are a plus, with SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade tech diploma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool usage and general shop practices.
• Identify and inspect mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication on equipment.
• Identify, troubleshoot and replace drive and conveyor components.
• Use SAP for parts checkout and data entry.
