Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking team members to work in multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will provide friendly guest service, learn weekly ad items, and support merchandising and stocking throughout the store to create a hospitable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to learn their wants and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items and assist across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items, ensuring guests are assisted nearby.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in housekeeping duties.
• Present self professionally, including adherence to uniform standards.
