Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years leadership experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Foodservice safety training certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Experience hiring, developing teams, and achieving financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Direct the team and day-to-day operation, including guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, P&L management and inventory control.
• Drive sales and profitability while ensuring the highest quality cakes and superior service.
• Serve as a culture carrier to bring joy to the bakery and engage with the community.
