Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Forklift Operator for our distribution department in the United States. The role supports front-line distribution operations, including moving product, loading/unloading trucks, and following food safety and quality procedures.

The position is 2nd shift with a start time of 5pm and requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of shipping or warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to production changes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity and certification of the food safety and quality system.
• Report and prevent food safety/quality problems.
• Load trucks and routes with correct quantities of each variety.
• Know product locations on shipping dock and tray counts.
• Keep work area clean and perform other duties as assigned.
