Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Dishwasher/Utility to support a high-volume bakery operation, cleaning pans, dishes and workstations, and ensuring guest-ready cleanliness.

You will follow health and safety guidelines, monitor sanitization, restock supplies, assist with deliveries, and help teammates across shifts. Applicants must be at least 16 and are encouraged to have prior foodservice experience.

Qualifications

• Understanding written and oral directions and health and safety rules.
• Ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Ability to evaluate processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Discipline and attention to detail to adhere to safety practices.
• Diligent, organized and self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse and sanitize all baking pans, dishes, utensils and tools.
• Monitor sanitization levels to ensure health guidelines are met.
• Greet and assist in keeping the bakery clean by sweeping, mopping, and waste removal.
• Clean windows, shelves, counters, refrigerators, coolers and bathrooms.
• Restock workstation and ensure cleaning supplies are ready for next shift.
• Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Assist in unloading, processing and storage of weekly supplies deliveries.
• Support teammates with cleaning and organizing workstations as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
