Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Dishwasher/Utility to ensure a smooth, guest-ready operation by handling high-volume dishwashing and maintaining a clean bakery. You will support the team by sanitizing and organizing workstations, restocking supplies, and upholding NbC standards.

The role emphasizes reliability, adherence to dress code and hygiene, and the ability to work various shifts. Prior bakery or foodservice experience is a plus, and applicants must be 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Understands written and oral directions and health and safety rules.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Evaluates processes to ensure compliance with standards and cleanliness.
• Maintains discipline and meticulous attention to safety practices and work environment standards.
• Self-motivated and organized; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Previous dishwasher or bakery/foodservice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manually washes, rinses and sanitizes all baking pans, dishes, utensils and other tools.
• Monitors sanitization levels to ensure health and safety guidelines.
• Gathers and removes garbage, sweeps and mops floors, and cleans floor drains.
• Performs routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerator, cooler and bathroom.
• Cleans, sanitizes and restocks workstation and ensures supplies are ready for the next shift.
• Monitors inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required.
• Assists in unloading, processing and storage of weekly supplies delivery.
• Supports other team members in cleaning and organizing workstations.
• Complies with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
• Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality.
