You will leverage digital tools and manage inventory, production, and staffing to execute company programs and uphold Walmart policies. A strong focus on customer service and operational excellence is required.

Qualificações

• 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the bakery team to meet business goals and maintain a safe, clean area.
• Utilize handheld devices to monitor production, quality and inventory in real time.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and policy compliance across the department.
• Train and develop associates, and collaborate with other team leaders to meet member expectations.
