Responsibilities

• Assist with training new team members on procedures and safety.
• Motivate and coach staff; manage daily inventory and logs.
• Maintain quality control, reduce shrink, and meet gross profit goals.
• Prepare and package products; operate deli equipment and bakery ovens.
• Stock, price, and merchandise as required.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
