Job Responsibilities
  1. Prepare bakery/deli items as per customer requests using proper equipment.
  2. Offer product samples to customers.
  3. Inform customers of specials.
  4. Provide fresh, correctly portioned products to customers.
  5. Recommend products to customers.
  6. Use bakery equipment following safety and quality guidelines.
  7. Follow food safety and temperature protocols.
  8. Measure, prepare, and package ingredients.
  9. Check product quality and freshness.
  10. Label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
  11. Report discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
  12. Maintain store layout knowledge and product placement.
  13. Stay current with advertising and product knowledge.
  14. Ensure proper storage temperatures and logs.
  15. Create a welcoming environment for customers.
  16. Adhere to food safety and safety procedures.
  17. Report safety issues and accidents.
  18. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
  19. Manage conflicts professionally.
  20. Act with honesty and integrity.
