Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Completion of job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; provides customer service and maintains in-stock levels.
• Be an Expert: Plans bakery productions, ensures quality and accuracy of designs, follows recipes with various decorating tools to create flowers and lettering, adheres to food safety and inventory standards.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld devices to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; supports training and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: Drives bakery performance, ensures date control, reduces waste, assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Represents the brand, fosters a culture of high quality service and mentoring of teammates.
