Job summary

Sam's Club in South Point, OH 45680-7900 is seeking a Cake Decorator to deliver member service by decorating bakery items and maintaining quality. You will follow recipes, use decorating tips, and ensure food safety standards while supporting inventory and cleanliness in a fast-paced club.

You will also leverage handheld devices to drive sales, assist members, and collaborate with teams to improve the shopping experience and product quality. A strong focus on teamwork and service is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to successfully complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools and resources.
• Plan bakery productions and ensure decoration quality and accuracy.
• Follow recipes and use decorating bags and tips to create flowers and lettering.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance.
• Operate and sanitize equipment and use handheld technology to drive sales.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory and control waste.
