Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Customer service and retail experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Organize products in display case and keep cases stocked.
• Assist with baking breads, cookies, and desserts; knowledge of baked goods and equipment.
• Communicate with management and bakery team to address issues.
• Conduct inventory to ensure proper levels.
• Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, and food safety.
• Price check and rotation of bakery items; discard outdated items.
• Operate bakery equipment including heat sources, mixers, and blenders.
• Take food orders in person and by phone.
• All other duties as assigned.
