Job summary

Meijer Inc. is hiring a Food Clerk to create a fresh, welcoming store experience in our Fresh departments. You will build positive connections with customers, share product knowledge, and help shoppers find what they need.

You will maintain attractive displays, stock and rotate products, follow food safety procedures, and use technology to complete tasks accurately. The role supports multiple departments including Meat, Produce, Bakery, Deli, Seafood and Grocery.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-first mindset.

• Comfort learning and using job-specific technology.
• Ability to follow processes and safety standards.
• Willingness to be physically active and lift, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
• Retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
