You will work in a dynamic, creative bakery environment, provide outstanding guest service, and contribute to a fresh assortment of bakery delights while upholding safety and quality standards. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Customer focus: ability to deal tactfully and effectively with guests and all personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests and addressing questions or concerns.
• Assist guests in locating bakery items and handling special requests.
• Take accurate cake orders and other custom bakery products; process phone orders.
• Merchandising: Package, price, and display items while maintaining quality and minimizing waste.
• Restock bakery products to ensure availability and appealing displays; monitor stock levels.
• Food safety: rotate stock, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety protocols.
• Flexibility: perform other duties as needed to support the team.
• Honor commitments: maintain regular attendance and provide notice for absences.
