This role emphasizes teamwork, active listening, and the ability to work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery. Prior retail or food service experience helps, but dedication and reliability are most important.

• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
