In this role, you'll use your creativity and decorating skills to bring customer visions to life, from birthday cakes and everyday treats to wedding cakes delivered and set up on site. You'll also serve as a lead for part-time employees and collaborate closely with the bakery team to keep production running smoothly. No two shifts are exactly the same, but here's what you can expect:
Accountable and Reports to: Store Director; Store Manager; Assistant Managers of Perishables, Store Operations, Health Wellness Home; Bakery Department Manager
This is a fast-moving role with significant pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. You'll work in the bakery department and can expect exposure to flour dust, noise, temperature extremes, cleaning chemicals and solvents, and residual fumes. Safety is always a priority, and training is provided to help ensure a safe and supportive work environment.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre employment drug screen.
