Role involves using decorating tools to create designs, maintaining inventory, and assisting shoppers with product selections. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Virginia Beach store.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time after hire.

Responsibilities

• Produce bakery items with consistent quality and accurate decorations.
• Create decorative flowers and lettering using decorating bags, tips, and nozzles.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory standards.
• Operate, maintain and sanitize bakery equipment.
• Utilize handheld tools to support sales and improve the shopping experience.
