Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a friendly associate to create outstanding customer experiences at our Castle Rock store in Colorado.

You will help maintain a safe, clean environment and support the department in achieving sales and profit goals while upholding our core values of respect, integrity, diversity and safety. You’ll handle basic math, communicate effectively with customers, and bring a positive attitude to the team as you grow with Kroger through comprehensive benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required to help customers and manage transactions.
• Experience decorating bakery products is preferred for in-store support.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for quick calculations at the register and stock checks.
• Clear and positive communication with customers and team members.
