Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking Team Members to join our bakery-café at multiple locations. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver outstanding service while supporting daily operations and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

With flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth, this role offers part-time and full-time pathways as you learn new positions such as cashier, baking, drive-thru, and barista duties within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work & learn in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work 15-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet our guests, delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance.
• Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, & Trust.
• Step in & support your manager and team.
• Learn different positions, such as cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich makers, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness.
• Be the friendly face of Panera, welcoming customers, taking orders, and sending them off with a smile.
• Ensure every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.
