Festival Foods in Appleton, WI is seeking a Bakery Bench Hand to join our bakery team. This is a part-time role reporting to the Bakery Department Manager, focused on producing high-quality pastry items and ensuring fresh products for guests.

You will provide excellent guest service, maintain sanitation, manage inventory, and support teammates in a fast-paced environment with flexible morning/afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in baking and pastry production.
• Knowledge of foodservice operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests.
• Produce high-quality pastry and bakery items following recipes.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in bakery prep areas.
• Oversee inventory and stock to ensure coverage for the evening.
• Assist guests with finding items and special orders.
• Maintain food safety logs and meet quality standards.
• Support bakery associates and maintain department organization.
• Perform other duties to support the team and attend schedules.
