Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor all established quality assurance standards. • Maintain inventory and report discrepancies.

• Stay current with store promotions and maintain safety and temperature logs.
• Practice preventive maintenance and report safety issues or accidents.
