Job summary

Furlani Foods, LLC seeks a Bakery Automation Technician/Operator in Oak Creek, WI to operate and fine-tune high-speed packaging lines. You will perform setups, changeovers, and adjustments to maintain peak performance, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and assist with cleaning, lubrication, inspections, and basic repairs.

Join a team focused on safety and continuous improvement, supporting preventive maintenance and using CMMS systems to track downtime and throughput.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience (high-speed packaging preferred).
• Hands-on skill with minor mechanical repairs and adjustments.
• Detail orientation and strong problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with high-speed equipment and maintenance tools.
• CMMS (EAM) familiarity preferred.
• High School diploma or GED; technical coursework is a plus.
• English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Bonus: Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities
