Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with guests.
• Prepare bakery products for sale (baking, weighing and pricing).
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness.
• Assist in cake decorating when needed.
• Maintain sanitation in cooler, freezer, prep area and sales floor.
• Communicate guest requests to management and temperature breaks to supervisor.
• Keep supply area neat and tidy; perform front end duties to reduce wait times.
• Announce specials and sale information over the PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
