• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient selling skills with ability to ask questions and make recommendations.
• Proficient merchandising to create appealing displays.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and exceptional service by recommending products and assisting purchases.
• Set and maintain service and self-service cases.
• Promote products by offering samples and cross-merchandising.
• Rotate and cull products to ensure freshness and reduce shrink.
• Scan waste to ensure accurate shrink recording.
• Clean and sanitize departments and equipment.
• Follow safe food handling and safety practices.
• Receive, verify, price and store deliveries.
• Ensure sandwiches, salads and special orders meet specs.
• Stay current on food trends relevant to department and sales.
• Adhere to Busch’s policies and build relationships with guests.
