Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Work with associates to build a strong bakery team.
• Maintain high associate morale and teamwork (RSTO).
• Assist in receiving and unloading merchandise and verifying invoices.
• Rotate products using FIFO to reduce waste and ensure freshness.
• Assist in inventory control and order maintenance.
• Handle damaged/spoiled products per policy.
• Prepare baking mixtures and bake according to procedures.
• Operate mixer and prepare products to meet customer specs.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
