Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Operations experience required.
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense

• Guiding Baker Assistant and assisting with their training.
• Able to perform all Baker Assistant duties
• Uphold a high standard of integrity and ethics and maintain a safe, welcoming environment in an open kitchen
