Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Baker to join our team in Orlando, Florida. As a Baker, you will prepare the bakery products at Full-Time and ensure all items are served in a timely manner to the highest freshness and quality.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ baking experience required.
• Basic math skills for recipe measurements.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and directions.
• Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes portion sizes and to a quality standards.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked, and utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens.
• Ensures proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines.
