Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking a full-time Baker for our Stockton, CA store location. You will produce scratch-made Hispanic breads, pastries, and specialty items, following established recipes and production standards in a clean, sanitary environment.

Maintain inventory, meet production schedules with the bakery team, and uphold quality and service. Must have high school diploma; on-the-job training provided; weekend/evening shifts required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Over one year of Baker experience preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to established recipes and techniques.
• Weigh and measure ingredients precisely to ensure consistency in product quality.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofing chambers.
• Shape, mold, and decorate dough to create a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Monitor the baking process to ensure products meet standards.
• Assist in inventory management and stock levels.
