Dan’s Management Co. has been a franchisee of Dunkin since 1974 with locations throughout Rhode Island and Connecticut. We’re hiring at Dunkin’ locations in Rhode Island for full-time team members who deliver great guest service and bakery prep.

Bakers prepare bakery products, finish donuts, merchandise, and serve guests. Working as a team to open the restaurant on time, with hours averaging about 30 per week and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

Responsibilities

• Produces bakery products and finishes donuts
• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy

Job description

Bakers prepare bakery products, finish donuts, merchandise products, clean equipment and work areas and serve guests. This position requires working as a team to have all menu items available for the opening of the restaurant at the designated time.
