Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a Baker in Midlothian, TX. The Baker starts as early as 3AM, stocking shelves, assisting with orders, and helping maintain a clean, safe store. You will be part of a team delivering fresh bagels and guest service that celebrates our brand values.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product each shift.
• Assist with order taking and sandwich making; contribute to guest service.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and follow safety guidelines.

We wouldn’t be much if we didn’t have our bagels, and a bagel is only as good as the person who bakes it! The baker is first in our hearts and the first ones in our bakeries. Our Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM) turn on a podcast or their favorite band and take care of what makes us who we are – bagels! What’s a day in the life of a Baker? Our Bakers ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. We work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment.

What we are looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years or older


• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment


• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends


• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law


• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy


• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
