Job summary

Aramark in Searcy, AR is seeking a friendly baker to join our Food Services Team. You will follow recipes, prepare ingredients, operate ovens and equipment, and maintain safety and sanitation standards.

This role emphasizes reliability, basic math, and good communication with teammates and guests. Prior baking experience and food safety certification are preferred, with on-the-job training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a baker or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Operates equipment such as ovens, stoves, mixers, etc.
• Safely uses a variety of utensils including knives.
• Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.
