Job Summary

Summary: Prepares baked goods according to recipes and specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries per production sheets; assist in planning to meet daily needs.
2. Ensure proper food prep using recipes, standards, and equipment.
3. Complete production records, track waste, and report shortages.
4. Maintain presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
6. Handle food safely during prep and service.
7. Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly.
8. Interact with customers and resolve complaints professionally.
9. Work efficiently during peak times.
10. Ensure food presentation meets standards.
11. Follow sanitation and safety regulations.
12. Complete shifts timely and thoroughly.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.
