• Standing and/or walking - 100% of the time.

• Prepare all baked goods daily according to Parkhurst recipes.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all baked goods.
• Determine the quantity of baked goods to be produced.
• Maintain standards for baked goods presentation.
• Distribute all products to proper areas of service.
