Job summary

Nidec Corporation is seeking a candidate for the Baker - Fourth Shift position in Mankato, MN. The role is on-site with a 4th shift schedule (Fri-Sun), 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., offering $24.58 to $28.57 per hour plus a 10% shift differential and bi-weekly pay.

Responsibilities include preparing rotors and stators, operating VPI systems, monitoring cure times, and maintaining epoxy removal quality. Education requirement is a vocational or high school diploma with U.S. citizenship.

• Daily/weekly TPM tasks must be performed with accuracy and consistency.
• Performs other jobs as designated by supervisor in the same salary grade or below.
