Job summary

Crumbl Cookies Jacksonville is hiring bakers to join our team. Morning, mid-day and evening shifts are available, with a focus on quality cookies, customer service, and efficient production.

Bakers will follow recipes, ensure ingredient quality, and maintain cleanliness while delivering friendly service at the front counter. Ideal candidates are flexible, reliable, and able to work weekends (excluding Sundays) and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule; able to work weekends (excluding Sundays) and some holidays.
• Comfortable opening or closing the store.
• Strong multitasker who can juggle several things at once during a rush.
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Baking or food service experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow recipes and instructions closely.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Bake and prepare cookies following Crumbl recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift.
• Follow food safety and health standards at all times.
• Work as part of a team to keep production moving during busy rushes.
• Deliver friendly, high-quality service when helping at the front counter.
• Open or close the store as scheduled, following opening/closing checklists.
