Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Aurora, CO is seeking a Baker to join our team. The role starts as early as 3AM, stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, assisting with order taking and sandwich making, and helping keep a clean, safe store while delivering quality bagels.

You will be part of a team that takes pride in guest service and product quality, with shifts that support work-life balance and opportunities for growth in the bakery.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality products are available each shift.
• Provide guest service by helping with order taking and sandwich making.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and uphold quality of food and beverages.
