Responsabilités

• Prepare dough and roll, shape and bake Cinnabon rolls.
• Frost and package rolls and bake Bonbites and Churros.
• Prep frostings, drink bases, caramel for daily use.
• Prepare drinks (Lemonade, Soda, Coffee & Specialty Drinks).
• Greet guests, provide friendly service and suggestive selling.
• Operate cash register and maintain a clean workstation.
• Wash dishes, break down and clean equipment at shift close.
• Sweep and mop floors; follow dress code and appearance standards.
• Weekend availability is required.

We have a variety of positions open in the Bakery and these positions are perfect for anyone who likes variety in the workplace and is looking for flexibility.Job Duties· Prepare dough· Roll, shape and bake Cinnabon classic and Mini Bon rolls· Frost and package Cinnabon rolls for sale· Bake & package Bonbites, Churro’s· Prep products for daily use (frosting, drink bases, caramel )· Prepare Drinks (Lemonade, Soda, Coffee & Specialty Drinks )· Exhibit Friendly, Courteous Attitude to GuestsGreet guests, urgency, eye contact, suggestive selling, thank you & smile in voice· Work within a team to service the guest· Operate cash register in accordance with policy· Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed· Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing workstations/ counter areas frequently· Wash dishes & utensils throughout shift· Break down, clean and put away equipment, utensils, dishes and supplies at closing· Sweep / Mop floors throughout shift and at close· Comply with Cinnabon/ V & J Foods dress code and personal appearance standards· Perform other duties as directed by manager in charge of the shiftWeekend availability is required for this position
