Our franchise organization, C and D Enterprises dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

Position: Baker

Responsibilities:

1. Prepares hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items.
2. Prepares breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production needs.
3. Completes use and follows the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
4. Ensures that every product in the bakery is always fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate.
5. Maintains quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
6. Maintains proper portioning and recipe yields.
7. Follows the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide.
8. Is friendly and courteous to guests and assists them with baked goods.
9. Knows and follows position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.
10. Performs duty roster and meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
11. Follows local health department laws.
