Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Baker who will be responsible for following recipes, maintaining quality, and performing duties to ensure timely production of Bundt cakes. You will work in a fast-paced bakery environment and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to cleanliness, safety, and efficiency, with opportunities for advancement and a flexible schedule. Candidates should be 18+ and able to lift 50 lbs as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting preferred but not required.
  • 18 years or older to operate all required equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all Nothing Bundt Cakes recipes and guidelines per recipe sheets and reference videos.
  • Ensure product is stored properly and FIFO guidelines followed.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and equipment.
  • Be able to life 50lbs+ with or without assistance.
  • Meet time standard goals and adapt to changing pace.

Accountabilities / Duties
  • I. Follow all Nothing Bundt Cakes recipes and guidelines per given on recipe sheets and reference videos and guides.
  • Ensure product is store properly and following FIFO guidelines.
  • Keep a clean and sanitary work area and maintain cleanliness standards. Cleaning all baking equipment throughout shift including but not limited to oven, mixer and Bundt pans.
  • Be able to life 50lbs+ with or without assistance.
  • Be able to meet time standard goals.
  • Be able to adapt to a changing work pace in different seasons. A good sense of urgency is a must!
  • Be able to communicate clearly and work in a team work atmosphere!
