Bruegger's Bagels in Buffalo, NY is hiring a Baker to start as early as 3am. You will stock the bagel wall and pastry case, assist with order taking and sandwich making, and work as part of a team to ensure fresh, quality products.

Our Bakers arrive early (as early as 4AM) turn on a podcast or their favorite band and take care of what makes us who we are – bagels! What’s a day in the life of a Baker? Our Bakers ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. We work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment. What we are looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• *Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• **Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
