Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Edina, MN is seeking a Baker to start early shifts (as early as 3AM) and help stock the bagel wall, assist with order taking and sandwich making, while keeping the store clean and welcoming.

You will be part of a team that delivers quality products to guests, with a friendly work environment and opportunities to grow within the brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product for each shift.
• Provide guest service by helping with order taking and sandwich making.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and support team as needed.

We wouldn’t be much if we didn’t have our bagels, and a bagel is only as good as the person who bakes it! The baker is first in our hearts and the first ones in our bakeries. Our Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM) turn on a podcast or their favorite band and take care of what makes us who we are – bagels!

Our Bakers ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. We work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment. What We Are Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Hourly Rate

$11.67 - $18.67 per hour

• Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
